修改cpu模式

# 安装工具
apt-get install linux-cpupower -y

# 性能模式
cpupower -c all frequency-set -g performance

# 省电模式
cpupower -c all frequency-set -g powersave

实测 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v4 @ 2.40GHz (2 插槽) 功耗降低一半

performance 高性能模式，最耗电
ondemand 按需模式，介于高性能和节能之间，推荐使用
conservative 保守模式，和ondemand有点像，向上或向下调整比较慢
powersave 节能模式，最省电
